If you exercise at least 3 times a week, and your weight is not reducing, your clothing size remains the same – it is essential to modify the diet!
Here are a few basic rules:

1. Reduce your plate from a large to a small and eat your meals on it
2. Eat 5 meals a day!
3. Do not skip breakfast! – Leaving the breakfast introduces your body into a state of alarm: “attention, lack of food, you need to slow metabolism” – so we eat breakfast!
4. Eat slowly – When you eat slower, you eat less and you will be fed without eating more and more
5. Avoid SWEETS!! ,SWEET DRINKS EG. cola, FANTA ETC.
6. Reduce the cream in your diet, mayonnaise.
7. No snacking!! (This is my worst nightmare – except sweets) 🙂
8. DRINK WATER!! RED AND GREEN TEA HELP YOUR metabolism!
9. How are you WANT a snack eat carrots or nuts!
